Antonia Caicedo Holguín (b. 1997, Cali, Colombia) is a Colombian artist based in London.
Her paintings focus on the emotional and psychological dimensions of memory. Refusing to separate feeling from observation, her work shows how memory is tied to the spaces people inhabit and to relationships between people. Working primarily through figurative painting, she constructs images from remembered experiences, observations, and stories shared by others.
Growing up in Colombia, Latin America and living in London, Caicedo Holguín makes paintings from memory through painted images, much as a writer transforms lived experiences or stories shared by others into fiction. Dance functions as both subject and compositional structure, with the moving body giving visual form to inheritance, emotional memory, and cultural continuity.
She holds an MA from the Slade School of Fine Art and has also studied at the New York Studio School, Bath Spa University, and the Pontifical Xavierian University in Bogotá. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including solo exhibitions in London, Seoul and Barranquilla, and group presentations at Isabel Sullivan Gallery, New York, and Art Miami fair. In 2025 she was commissioned by British Airways for the Gatwick Collection. She is currently an artist in residence at the Sarabande Foundation.
